Walter F. Ballinger Wellness Center
Outfitted with treadmills, a weight bench, yoga mats and a Peloton exercise bike, the Wellness Center is accessible to our surgical trainees 24/7/365. This space serves as a relaxing place to work out or relax while on call, between shifts and before and after reporting for duty.
Affiliated Fitness Resources:
- Danforth gym: $200 annual membership
- Move by BJC (located in the Cortex building)
- $50 initiation fee, $13.50 per pay period after first three months of employment
- Personal trainers and classes available
