Clinician Peer Support Program

Most, if not all, clinicians experience an adverse event during their career. Such an experience is stressful and isolating, and can trigger emotions like anxiety, depression, guilt, and/or embarrassment.

There are colleagues at Washington University School of Medicine who have been through similar events and are trained to provide peer support. They can help get you back to what you do best – provide excellent care for your patients. You are not alone.

If you or someone you know needs help please reach out to Peer Support.

Barnes-Jewish Hospital Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Behavioral Health Partners Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is sponsored by BJC HealthCare to provide EAP services to employees and their dependents.
