In-Person Guests
Registration is required to attend the ceremony in-person. Graduating chiefs are responsible for registering the guests (visitors and WUSM faculty/trainees) to be invited to join the event in-person. The ceremony will take place in Holden, Connor and Moore Auditoriums in Farrell Learning and Teaching Center (FLTC) on the Medical School Campus.

Registered guests will receive an invitation email and MUST RSVP their attendance by Friday, June 18th. Guests who RSVP “yes” will receive an email confirmation from asksurgery@wustl.edu. A printed or electronic version of your email confirmation will need to be shown at Guest Check-in on the day of the ceremony.

Self-Screening
Graduates, guests, staff, and vendors are required to follow all health requirements, including wearing masks, physical distancing, and completing the university’s wellness screening prior to arrival. The self-screen tool for visitors is available at visitorscreening.wustl.edu. The self-screen tool for students, faculty, and staff is available at screening.wustl.eduYou will be required to present a screenshot or printout of your completed self-screening at check-in.

Masks
Masks are required on campus in public indoor spaces (lobbies, walkways, open spaces, etc.). Once seated in the event space, masking is optional for those fully vaccinated. For those not fully vaccinated, masking will be required. People may choose to remain masked and distanced regardless of vaccination status for any number of reasons, and masking should not be interpreted as being unvaccinated. Thank you for keeping everyone safe at our event!

Graduate Check-in
Graduates should arrive and check in at FLTC by 5:15 pm. 

Guest Check-in
Registered guests are welcome to arrive at FLTC 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. Guests will need to provide a form of identification, their wellness screening, and their confirmation email in order to be allowed into the event.

The ceremony will be livestreamed (see link above) and recorded, and copies of the recording will be provided to the graduates following the event. Family, friends, and loved ones are welcome to watch. Registration is not required.
